Tom Quick, Chef/Owner of Zinc Bistro-Bar-Bakery, is a Veteran of Cleveland’s Restaurant Scene having served as Chef/Owner of Epiq Bistro and Wine Bar for ten years and previous to that as the Executive Chef of Piccolo Mondo for seven years. Tom began his culinary career in San Francisco working under some of the Bay Area’s finest chefs.
